Karen has over 17 years of experience in the Australian Financial Services Industry. Previously, Karen has worked with Aussie Home Loans, CBA, Bank of Queensland, St Andrews Insurance and ACE Insurance. Her roles covered a large range of activities including sales & distribution, business development, account management and marketing. Karen is a passionate driver of new business and sales distribution. She believes in delivering innovative products to customers that meets their needs.

Over the years, Grant has worked in the Accounting, Insurance, Finance and Sports Management Industries. In the late nineties, Grant started United Network, a finance business which focused on mortgage broking, deposit guarantees and financial planning. After selling the business he worked in the insurance industry in London. Upon his return to Australia in 2011, he assisted in facilitating the sale of the Deposit Power business to the current owners CBL Insurance in 2012 and was appointed a director of Deposit Power in that same year.

Paul was appointed Executive Director of Deposit Power in 2015 and works across other entities within the CBL Group. Previously Paul has worked with Western Union for 8 years where he held General Management roles across both Europe and Asia. These roles encompassed a broad range of activities including business leadership and management, sales, business development and mergers & acquisitions. Paul has also held General Management positions within the Banking and Finance Industry including at AMP Bank and Citibank.

Jason started his career in banking, beginning at grass roots as a teller in Colonial State Bank and subsequently moved into lending before moving to an Originator continuing to helping customers gain their dream home via lending solutions. He has also worked as a BDM at Heritage Bank, Macquarie Bank & Suncorp over approximately 9 years.  Over the past 6 years Jason was a BDM in BT Financial group covering general insurance, retail superannuation facility and identifying wealth referrals.  Helping people achieve both their personal and work goals has continued to be Jason’s core focus over this time.  The success of goals being achieved with those he has worked with has driven his continued focus and drive.

Niraj has held business development and relationship management roles with NAB, Suncorp, AIG, & Westpac. Having worked with mortgage brokers since 1996, he is no stranger to the industry. Niraj is well recognised for his energy and enthusiasm amongst his business partners and has a particular passion for working with brokers to grow their business.
